Hotel Room Rate

We negotiated a rate below the government per diem at The Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel.  There is a limited number of lodging rooms for GSAW attendees at the rate of $183 per night, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until Monday, February 5, 2024. This rate will be available on the nights of Sunday, February 25, 2024 through Thursday, February 29, 2024. To take advantage of the negotiated room rate, please click the “Renaissance Hotel Reservations” button above. If you experience challenges with the site, please call the main reservation number at 888.236.2427. Be sure to notify them that you are a part of The Aerospace Corporation GSAW Room Block. Reservation requests after February 5, 2024 will be subject to availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

The Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel is just minutes away from Los Angeles International Airport and complimentary round trip shuttle service is offered 24 hours a day. The hotel features a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor heated pool, and free wireless Internet access in all public areas. All guest rooms are non-smoking and feature high speed Internet access, and flat-panel LCD televisions. On-site dining options include a restaurant, bar, and room service. Southern California’s most popular attractions and all-important business centers are nearby.

Parking

The Renaissance is providing workshop attendees with a discounted day/overnight self-parking rate of $28.00 per day (plus applicable taxes). Valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $40.00 per day (plus applicable taxes). In and out privileges will be extended to overnight guests.

The hotel is located at the corner of Airport Boulevard and 96th Street, with access to the self-parking garage off of 96th.
