Registration Fees
Below are fees related to GSAW 2023. All fees are USD.
General Workshop Fees
General Workshop registration fees allow you to attend the workshop sessions Monday through Friday, (February 27-March 2). These fees do not include attendance at the tutorials held on Wednesday, February 22 and Thursday, February 23.

General Workshop In-Person Attendee: $850
General Workshop Virtual Attendee: $200
Student Workshop In-Person Registration: $150
Student Workshop Virtual Attendee: $100
Tutorial Fees
Tutorial registration fees allow you to attend selected tutorials on Wednesday, February 22 and Thursday, February 23. These fees do not include attendance at the general workshop held February 27-March 2.
(All tutorials will be virtual.)

General Tutorial Attendee (2.5 hours): $60
Full-Time Students (2.5 hours): $50
Plenary / Poster Presenters
General Workshop registration fees allow you to attend the workshop sessions Monday through Friday, (February 27-March 2). These fees do not include attendance at the tutorials held on Wednesday, February 22 and Thursday, February 23.

General Workshop In-Person Plenary Presenter Registration: $850
General Workshop Virtual Plenary Presenter Registration: $200
General Workshop In-Person Poster Presenter Registration: $850
General Workshop Virtual Poster Presenter Registration: $200
Technical Exhibit Fees
The fee to present an In-Person Technical Exhibit does not include participation in tutorials but will include one complimentary registration to the General Workshop.

In-Person Technical Exhibit Fee: $1700
Full-Time Students In-Person Technical Exhibit Fee: $150
Technical Demo Fees
The fee to present a virtual Technical Demo does not include participation in tutorials but will include one complimentary registration to the General Workshop.

Virtual Technical Demo Fee: $500
Full-Time Students Virtual Technical Demo Fee: $50
Classified Session Fees
Virtual classified session participants need to register for General Workshop and provide appropriate clearance evidence. There is no additional charge to attend the virtual classified session on March 2.
U.S. Government Employees
GSAW is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary government personnel registrations to attend the general session (February 27 – March 2).  This does not include any tutorials.  Any government personnel wishing to attend any of the tutorials, may do so at an added cost of $60 per each tutorial.  (Note:  There is no additional charge to attend the classified session on March 2.)
