Registration Fees
Below are fees related to GSAW 2024. All fees are USD.
General Workshop Fees
General Workshop registration fees allow you to attend the workshop sessions Tuesday through Thursday, (February 27-29) and the classified session on Thursday afternoon (February 29). These fees do not include attendance at the tutorials held on Monday, February 26.

General Workshop Attendee (Early Bird Rate): $1200
General Workshop Attendee (After January 15): $1250
Full-Time Student Workshop Registration: $150
Tutorial Fees
Tutorial registration fees allow you to attend selected tutorials on Monday, February 26. These fees do not include attendance at the general workshop held February 26-29.

General Tutorial Attendee (Full-Day): $500
General Tutorial Attendee (Half-Day): $250
Full-Time Student (Full-Day): $250
Full-Time Student (Half-Day): $125
Technical Exhibit Fees
The fee to present a Technical Exhibit does not include participation in tutorials but will include one complimentary registration to the General Workshop.

Technical Exhibitor Fee: $2000
Technical Exhibitor Staff Fee: $50
Full-Time Student Technical Exhibitor Fee: $150
Classified Session Fees
Classified session participants need to register for General Workshop and provide appropriate clearance evidence. There is no additional charge to attend the classified session on February 29.

For attendees not registering for the General Workshop:

Classified Session ONLY Attendee Registration Fee: $60

Classified Session Information
U.S. Government Employees
GSAW is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary government personnel registrations to attend the general session (February 27–29).  This does not include any tutorials.  Any government personnel wishing to attend any of the tutorials, may do so at an added cost of $60 per each half-day tutorial and $120 per each full-day tutorial.  (Note:  There is no additional charge to attend the classified session on February 29.)
