Registration Information

Workshop registration fees allow you to attend the open workshop held March 2-5, 2020 which includes the plenary sessions, working groups, evening sessions, and the technical exhibits/reception.

Dress code: We frequently get asked what is acceptable attire at GSAW. While we would never specify it, most attendees and presenters typically dress in business formal. Military attendees and presenters typically wear service dress uniforms.

Technical Exhibits will be on display during the reception on March 3.

Tutorial registration fees allow you to attend half- or full-day tutorials on March 2.

Technical exhibitors can demonstrate their products at the Reception on the evening of March 3. Exhibitor fees include attendance at the open workshop held March 2-5.  For details, click here.

There are no registration fees to attend the classified session.  However, only those with appropriate clearances may register to attend the classified session.

Full-time Students

Full-time students may attend the workshop at a reduced student registration fee of $100.  This reduced rate is available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.  Salaried government or industry sponsored students are not eligible for the discounted rate.

There is no fee to attend the classified session held March 5.

Open Session Information

The general workshop will be held at the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel and will include international attendees. Tutorials will be held on March 2, 2020.
